Isn't seal of deflection 100% dmg absorbed costing 5 mana per dmg?
I'm not sure the mana tank build is effective at all. nvm that you can be mana burned, but point for point. Getting strength is better.
1 str = 40 health
Add in armor values (~80% reduction in most cases, with ironbark and ethereal shield/agil bonus whatnot).
then that 1 str = 40/0.2 = 200 raw health.
but if you think of mana.
1 int = 15 mana, and it takes 5 mana to absorb 1 dmg. (and since it doesn't get modified by armor value)
that means 1 int = 3 raw health.
unless i did my calculations wrong. simply boosting str/stats is MUCH MUCH better than going mana tank way.
You can make the argument that you got aura sight.....yeah...but keep in mind. 1. armor benefits health tanking way more 2. empath heals health much faster 3. zeph also benefits health 4. you can life leech 5. whatever that spells that heas for 99k health much better 6. you don't get destroyed on mana burn waves, or the mana burn spell, or by pesky warlocks.

A couple levels of seal deflection isn't to bad because you can avoid mana burn, having just 1 level of it would be like having 50% evasion since half the damage is taken away and say if you put 3 or 4 points into it, it would be a defensive option vs offense.
