Aarshna the Cleric
Great survivalist and is able to clean most stocked up lanes with her ultimate.
Armor Type:
Heavy
Damage Reduction:
Chaos 100%
Hero 100%
Magic 125%
Normal 100%
Pierce 100%
Siege 100%
Spells 125%
Skills:
Innate: Bless Sould
Members of you team, who die nearby the cleric, will ressurect 15s earlier than supposed to.
Level 1: Holy Binding
Purification can remove the effect of this skill
This skill will be countered by monsters' SpellBlock
A spell that prevents creeps from attacking or moving in the area you targeted however they can still cast spells. This spell is affected by spell block and can be purified, but is still extremely useful. When used around a hero it can create a nice protective ring of creeps that can't attack, useful for saving heroes or keeping yourself safe when using your ultimate. The monsters got webbed can still cast their skills, such as stun, mana drain, etc.
Level 1: Murrula's Flames (Passive)
An ability that revives the cleric whenever she dies , but this ability has a cooldown. As the her Flames are leveled up the cooldown and time before she is revived decreases. You might not want to level this up much until later so you can have more mana but you should put at least 1 point into it early on.
Level 6: Shield of Light (Passive)
This ability gives the Cleric a percent chance to ignore a certain value of damage. As the ability is leveled up the chance for ignoring damage as well as the amount ignored is increased. There isn't much to remember about this skill expect to max it out and it doesn't stack with any other damage absorbing items.
Level 10: Aesrela Everild
Channelled Skill
Is her only real way of killing but is very potent as it damages all creeps around her with a several waves of light. It is a channeled ability so in theory if you cast stun at the right moment you can stop the Cleric before her ultimate takes effect, but its pretty hard to do.
Suggested Playstyle:
Only get one point in the Murrula's Flames at start, and learn as much of Holy Binding as you can, together with Shield of Light it will help the Cleric to survive through almost anything, once sufficent amount of creeps surrounds the Cleric use her Aesrela Everild, and most creeps should be killed.
Later it's a good idea to max it as it becomes pretty hard to permanently kill a Cleric just make sure you take control of the Cleric as soon as she respawns.
Suggested Items:
For the Cleric you should only get defensive gear as: rings, armor and boots, as she can't really kill with her normal attack, the only thing you have to do is survive until you can use the ultimate, as it will kill most creeps around you.
- Winged Leather Boots
- Elven Plate Mail
- Arbelog Paw Boots
- Tower Shield(if you can get it at ranged)
- Bloodstone-inset Ring
- Elven Stalking Boots
- Combine boots to Elite Elven Boots
- Diamond-etched Ring
- Zircon-inset Ring
- Moonstone-inset Ring
- Combine to Ring of Victory
- Ironbark Leathers
If your team can't kill fast enough early on, get a gleaming to help killing so all of you will get your levels up faster.
Tips:
- Learn 1 point of Murrula's Flames at start, later max the skill.
- Use Holy Binding as much as you can, and level it up as fast as you can, to lower the damage dealt to you and your teammates.
- If you are going to use your ultimate, when creeps are webbed, make sure u stand near the non-webbed creeps, area of effect of your ultimate is narrow and you want to kill as much as you can, if you Ultimate behind at full webbed range of creeps your ultimate might not be as effective cause the webbed creeps can't move.
- If someone purifies the web, and you are losing hp to rapidly, tp out and wait until you can web again.
- Get Elite Elven Boots as soon as possible, so you can get 2 free slots.
- The more armor you have the better.
- Use Web to create a Creepwall.
